From domestic night use to individual household monitoring, These features offer the accuracy and flexibility you need to make informed decisions and achieve better results.

Domestic Night Use (SAM)

Analysis of coarse and fine flow data to provide domestic night use allowance rates for use within leakage calculations.
The calculation engine can compare 15 minute flow data to fast logging data to drill down into the continuous and intermittent night use elements of sample areas. From this sample, statistical analysis is carried out to estimate domestic night use allowance rates for a company, stratified by property type.
Exclusions (e.g. meter failure) can be added to ensure the a robust figure is calculated on daily basis, to ensure confidence in weekly and monthly reported values.

Individual Household Monitoring (IHHM)

This module allows users to create individual household monitoring points to record data from individual properties.

These can then be used to perform analysis in order to calculate night use allowances, continuous use estimates, and PHC/PCC values.

Non-Household Night Usage (ABV)

Annual Billed Volume (ABV) data can be stored against individual non-household customers and used to calculate the estimated night usage for these customers based on defined regression coefficients from off line consultancy tasks.
Customers can be assigned to DMAs, allowing the non-household customer’s ABV figures to be utilised in leakage calculations. Property types (e.g SIC Classification) can be established that will store coefficients for the ABV calculation, allowing multiple customers to be assigned to a set property type with set parameters for the estimated non-household night usage calculations. Customers can also be banded, as well as having seasonality factors applied.
